We want paying for care to feel clear and fair. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Free to start
Everyone starts with 15 free minutes with the AI, so you can try Mindfully Yours before paying anything.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling or rescheduling a session
You can cancel or reschedule a therapy session in the app. The cancellation window, and whether a session fee is refunded, are shown before you book.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look into it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Help in a crisis is never charged.
